Big display, rugged body
WiFi, Internet and multimedia
The X720 is a universal navi for real adventure riding and travelling. It is a combination of a navigation (with route planning directly on the map while riding) and communication device / tablet (diary, draw notes, check and upload photos). Moreover, using the integrated WiFi you can connect to the internet and browse the web for important information (weather, trip planning etc) or check the e-mail.
Of course you can also install any "street navigation" (iGo, TomTom, etc.) into this device and use them simultaneously - you can choose which navi to use at the start.
This device is suitable for RoadBook (e-RoadBook) with TripMaster for rally races. You don't need any other device - the screen is like an A5 roadbook and you can control the road-book and trip-master from your handlebars using RemoteJOY

7" LCD display with MicroReflective layer for better reading in the sun
It is no problem to have two maps on this huge display area (big overview and small detail) together with 3 big info panels. It is also an ideal size for e-Roadbook (1cm bigger than standard A5 paper roadbook).
The MicroReflective technology is based on a special layer which reflects a part of the sun light so when the sun is shining directly on your display - you can still read it.
Internet, WiFi, Multimedia (texts, photos, movies, music)
This device is not just about navigation, on a real adventure trip around the world you will appreciate its ability to work as a diary (you can connect an external keyboard), let the locals draw the right way on the display, check the photos or movies from your camera.
Connection to the internet using WiFi allows you to send photos or the diary directly from the trip, check the e-mail or plan the next part of the trip (info, weather forecast) etc.
Rugged body and holder on silent-blocks
The body is custom made for tough conditions. All parts are water-proof and dust-proof (connectors, repro, buttons).
The aluminium holder is surrounds the entire body so it is well protected. The navi is fixed with two rubber bands - still flexible but fixed in the right position. The electronics inside the device are protected against vibrations using two plates (base plate and holder) with four rubber silent-blocks.
